Q: When will I get my order?
We usually deliver within 5–8 business days from the order date. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s shipped. Chill, it’s on the way.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yep. We accept returns & exchange if the product is unused, in original condition, and within our return / exchange window. Just make sure you record an unboxing video to be eligible. NO seal / NO Video = NO return.
